The decision comes as American media said that Twitter employees in the United States filed a lawsuit against the social media giant Twitter, claiming that the company violates federal law and California State Law by planning to cancel about 3,700 jobs without sufficient notice.
According to Bloomberg, the group action was submitted on Thursday to a federal court in San Francisco.
According to the law, employers with more than 100 employees are required to give a 60-day written notice before collective demobilisation that affects 50 or more workers in one location.

Numerous Twitter employees started posting on the site from Thursday night until Friday morning claiming that they had already been blocked from their employer’s email accounts before being informed of the impending layoff.
