Putin signs a decree to fill people who have committed serious crimes

As Moscow prepares for an anti-Ukrainian offensive, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared today, Friday, that people should be evacuated from the “most dangerous” battle regions in South Ukraine.
In a brief event marking Russian National Unity Day in Moscow’s Red Square, Putin said, “Those who presently reside in Jiusson should be removed from the most dangerous fighting regions.”

In a related context, Putin pledged with the help of “all refugees” from the Kharkiv region who fled to Russia after the anti -Ukrainian attack.
On the other hand, the Russian president confirmed that 318 thousand people had been mobilised for military service, of whom 49,000 are engaged in combat. He added that “the flow of volunteers to the Russian armed forces does not stop, so the number of those who were mobilised already exceeded 300 thousand.”

Putin declared a “partial mobilisation” on September 21 as his nation’s soldiers suffered numerous military setbacks in Ukraine. 300,000 reserve soldiers will be called to duty, according to Sergey Shoigu, Russia’s minister of defence.
Putin also approved a law today that permits hiring criminals who have committed significant offences. The offences of child sex abuse, betrayal, espionage, or terrorism are not covered by this statute.

Putin reportedly approved the one-time exchange of 195 thousand rubles, or $3200, for the contract soldiers and those who were summoned to fight in Ukraine, according to the Kremlin on Thursday.
Moscow announced the “Partial Mobilization” campaign for approximately 300,000 reserve soldiers had concluded last week, but it has acknowledged that the issues were still relatively new.

In protests against the call for men to fight despite the fact that they should be excused for medical reasons and because they lack any military training, more than 2000 people were detained.
Putin stated in a decree published on the Kremlin website yesterday that the funds are intended to “take further steps for social support” for the contractors who were called in, but he did not provide any further information.

It is interesting that the contractual soldiers are paid a minimum of 160 000 rubles (2 700 dollars) each month, or almost three times the average pay in Russia.

Putin issues a directive to remove anyone convicted of serious offences.
