Putin announces the mobilization of 318 thousand to fight .. and orders the evacuation of the residents

As Moscow prepares for an anti-Ukrainian offensive, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared today, Friday, that people should be evacuated from the “most dangerous” battle regions in South Ukraine.
“Those who currently live in Jiusson should be removed from the most dangerous fighting areas,” Putin said during a brief ceremony on the occasion of the Russian National Unity Day in the Red Square in Moscow.

In a similar statement, Putin promised to assist “all refugees” who had fled to Russia from the Kharkiv region following the anti-Ukrainian violence.
On the other hand, the Russian president confirmed that 318 thousand people had been mobilised for military service, of whom 49,000 are engaged in combat. He added that “the flow of volunteers to the Russian armed forces does not stop, so the number of those who were mobilised already exceeded 300 thousand.”

Putin declared a “partial mobilisation” on September 21 as his nation’s soldiers suffered numerous military setbacks in Ukraine. 300,000 reserve soldiers will be called to duty, according to Sergey Shoigu, Russia’s minister of defence.
Putin also approved a law today that permits hiring criminals who have committed significant offences. This law is excluded from the crimes of sexual assault on children, betrayal, espionage, or terrorism.

On Thursday, the Kremlin said that Putin ordered the exchange of 195 thousand rubles (3200 dollars) for one time for the contracting soldiers and those who were called to fight in Ukraine.
Moscow announced the “Partial Mobilization” campaign for approximately 300,000 reserve soldiers had concluded last week, but it has acknowledged that the issues were still relatively new.

In protests against the call for men to fight despite the fact that they should be excused for medical reasons and because they lack any military training, more than 2000 people were detained.
Putin stated in a decree published on the Kremlin website yesterday that the funds are intended to “take further steps for social support” for the contractors who were called in, but he did not provide any further information.

It is interesting that the contractual soldiers are paid a minimum of 160 000 rubles (2 700 dollars) each month, or almost three times the average pay in Russia.

Putin issues an order to evacuate the residents after mobilising 318 thousand fighters.
