The Japanese Prime Minister affirmed that the TICAD 8 symposium represents an opportunity to reaffirm Japan’s commitment to remain an active and strategic partner for Africa, knowing that Japanese Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi will be presently heading his country’s delegation participating in the conference.
