Prior to the tournament’s official start date, the 2022 World Cup matches will begin on Sunday, November 20, with a match between Qatar, the tournament’s host, and Ecuador.
The match between Senegal and the Netherlands was supposed to take place earlier that day, and the third match was supposed to take place on November 21.
