The Book Authority releases the translation of the novel “Father” by Serbian Liliana Hibanovich

Samir Abd Rabu has translated and presented Liliana Haybanovich Dirovic’s “Father,” a novel from the Serbian language into Arabic.
In the story, a lady encounters her father for the first time in 43 years and sees her sister from his second marriage for the first time as well, but she is unable to conceal all of her memories from him.

Novelist Liliana Hibanovich’s Father
Liliana Hipanovic Dirovich, the author of the novel, was born in the city of (Crossivac) in Serbia where she graduated from primary and secondary school, and initially worked in a gym, then a writer at a bank and a tourist guide, then she later obtained a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Belgrade, so she moved to work In the press until she became the editor -in -chief of (Duga Magazine) and in 1996 she completely devoted to literary work, and wrote and published four novels.

. She was successful in founding the publishing company (Globosino Aleksandrija) in 2003, but her son expanded the business’s scope and created It includes a film production division named (Aleksandrija Film).
Being the most well-known and best-selling author in the Serbian language, “Leanna” published sixteen novels, seven children’s books, and one collection of poetry. Her novels have sold more than a million copies.

She received the highest social appreciation in Serbia, such as the 2009 Fook Award for its exceptional contribution to the development of culture in the Republic of Serbia and broadcast the soul in the atmosphere of the entire Serbian culture, in addition to the 2008 Golden Link Award. Along with numerous other literary honours totaling more than twenty awards, the (Fidovan) Award was the pinnacle of a medal she had earned in her hometown.
