Mr. Al -Qusayr, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, received a report on the total number of fortified numbers against the plague of small strategy during last October to maintain livestock from epidemics.
According to the study, up until the first of November, 144,557 goats and approximately 686 thousand and 190 head of sheep were fortified.
This is under the umbrella of the presidential programme, a decent life, which President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi initiated to improve the quality of life for small farmers and breeders in rural Egypt.
The General Authority for Veterinary Services, for its part, urged schools to support the initiative and see to it that their livestock is strengthened to guard against illnesses and pandemics.
