A day after the announcement of Russia’s return to the export of grain from the Ukrainian ports across the Black Sea, the Kremlin said on Thursday that Moscow has not yet decided whether its participation in the agreement allows the export of grains and whose time later passes this month.
“We will need to provide a thorough evaluation of the success of the accord before deciding on the extension,” said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
