Erdogan: We will complete the construction of the wild pipeline to transport gas from the Black Sea this month

Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the president of Turkey, declared that his nation would finish building the pipeline that will transport natural gas obtained from the Saqaria field in the Black Sea.
Erdogan said in a television interview on Wednesday, “The Turkish Potash Company for Oil and Natural Gas Pipes will complete the wild pipeline to connect the gas to the national system this month,” Erdogan said in a television interview on Wednesday.

“With 110 billion cubic metres of natural gas, the total precautions detected in the Black Sea reach 650 billion cubic metres,” Erdagan stated while describing the overall amount of recently discovered natural gas reserves in the Black Sea.
Turkey put into the water for the first time in mid-June the tube that will carry natural gas from the Saqaria field to the land.

Turkey will invest nearly ten billion dollars in a project to harvest and transport 540 billion cubic metres of gas from the Black Sea, according to a previous article in the Al-Sabah daily.
According to the projections, the first shipment of gas from the pipeline will arrive in Turkey in 2023. The naval portion of the gas pipeline has a total length of 155 kilometres from the field to the port of Felius.
