Federal Reserve: There is no indication of low inflation in America and we do not know whether there will be recession in the country or not

Jerome Powell, the chairman of the US Federal Reserve, stated that he has not yet observed any indications of low inflation in the US.
The position of the central bank’s leader, the head of the Federal Reserve, stated he is unsure of whether or not the nation will experience a recession.
Powell’s comments came on Wednesday, during a press conference after the meeting of the Federal Committee for the Open Market.

“I suppose no one knows whether there will be a recession or not,” the American official continued. What we shall do is this. ”
The head of the Financial Supervisory Authority also stressed that he does not yet see any signs of low inflation in the United States. And he added, “There are no indications of the decline in inflation. ”
“In looking at the table that contains indicators for the past 12 months, we are in the same place we were a year ago,” Powell indicated, in a sign of high prices.

It should be mentioned that the Federal Reserve increased the benchmark interest rate by 75 basis points for the fourth consecutive time on Wednesday, following the two-day November meeting, bringing it to 3.75–4.0%.
White House spokesperson Karen Jean-Pierre mentioned the FBI protocols in the same context and made a comment about the choice during a press conference.
