“We are firmly convinced that, in light of the current and disturbed situation – as a result of irresponsible and unrivaled acts aimed at undermining our national security – the maximum priority is to prevent any military clash between the nuclear forces. ”
Other nuclear-armed states were urged by Moscow to “give up serious measures to breach the vital interests of others.”


Additionally, she stated that “the idea that the nuclear war cannot be won and should not be waged at all” is firmly followed by Russia.
