America: There are no indications of Russia’s intention to use nuclear

The White House has responded and reassured following tense statements made by US officials regarding the hunt for Russian army leaders and the use of tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
In a statement Thursday, he announced that there are no indications of Moscow’s intention to use nuclear weapons in the midst of the military operation in Ukraine.

The White House emphasised that the United States is dealing seriously with the problem of nuclear weapons and is taking all indications carefully.
While these developments were taking place, US officials confirmed that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s statements about using nuclear weapons were more than just threats, noting that the failures of Russian forces on the ground in some regions of Ukraine could prompt an immediate nuclear response.

However, they claimed that intelligence reports had reached President Biden’s administration by mid-October, and they offered no proof that Russia was constructing a tactical nuclear arsenal.
It is interesting that during the Russian campaign in Ukraine, Russia warned Putin not to use nuclear weapons, and they have continued to do so for the past seven months (and even before).

According to the Union of American Scholars, based on the quantity of nuclear warheads it possesses—5977 as opposed to 5428—Russia has the greatest nuclear force in the world.
The Russian forces also have about two thousand tactical nuclear weapons under operation, while America possesses about 200 of these weapons, half of which are deployed in bases in Italy, Germany, Turkey, Belgium and the Netherlands..

America: There are no signs that Russia intends to use nuclear weapons.
