ISIS families in Syria .. Germany and the Netherlands are preparing dozens of their citizens

In continuation of the attempts to return ISIS families from the Syrian camps, the German government announced the return of a woman and four children who were in the Rouge camp in northeastern Syria. A number of Dutch citizens have also announced their return.

The Dutch mission received 11 women and 33 children, while the German delegation received one lady and four children together with members of the “ISIS” organisation, according to the Department of Foreign Relations.

On Tuesday, Manga Close, a representative of the German government and the director of the German consular division overseas, and Emile Da Bont, the Dutch special envoy for Syria, were greeted by representatives of the Foreign Relations Department of the Kurdish Self-Administration.

Following their brief encounter, Da Pont issued the following statement to the media: “This is the third time we are in northeastern Syria, on a lawful mission from the Dutch government, to restore some of our sponsors from the Roj camp.
“We examined the challenges in the camps in the region at the discussion with the representatives of the self-administration, and we will convey these challenges to our government,” he continued.

There are a large number of spouses and children of ISIS members living in the “Hall” camps east of Hasaka and “Rouge” in the Dirk countryside.
Manga Cleals, a spokesperson of the German government, reaffirmed that her nation “has retrieved 108 individuals so far.”
She said that although they worked to assist youngsters in being reintegrated into society, “those who did the atrocities will be convicted.”

She emphasised that Germany will continue to support the international coalition’s efforts to fight ISIS and give assistance to the northeastern Syrian regions “in order to become a safe environment.”
