The company declared on its official account on the Chinese “Whitch” network that it would offer a daily prize of 400 yuan (about $ 55) for the workers who remained, which is four times the standard amount, in an effort to convince them to stay in the plant.
If an employee remains at the workplace for at least 15 days in November, they will also receive an additional award. If they remain in the factory for the duration of the month, the prize may be as high as 15,000 yuan ($ 2075).
