Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi issued orders to conduct extensive investigations into the collapse of a bridge suspended in Western India, killing at least 135 people.
According to today’s, Wednesday, Bloomberg News Agency report, Moody visited the colonial-era bridge site in Gujarat’s Maurberry neighbourhood. Moody is from Gujarat.
Moody reviewed the situation, and issued orders to the authorities to communicate with the affected families to ensure that they obtained all possible assistance, according to a statement issued by his office.
To fully understand this tragedy, a thorough and comprehensive investigation is now required, according to Modi.
The disaster involving the collapse of the suspension bridge is given the go-ahead by the Indian Prime Minister.
