The Sharjah International Book Fair opens 2022, the door to its visitors to roam in the heart of Italy and gives them the opportunity to identify its rich culture, as it celebrates the guest of honor of its 41st session, which is held in the “Expo Sharjah Center” during the period from 2 to 13 November.

The exhibition included a special pavilion dedicated to Italy where visitors could learn about ancient cultures, listen to classic and folkloric music, sample the most well-known foods in the world, and watch the most renowned theatrical productions in addition to exploring the depth of Italian literature through a variety of literary forms.

Within the framework of the “Guest of Honor” programme, the exhibition features 16 books, 4 chefs, and 2 social media influencers from Italy. This programme also features 160 workshops for kids, 72 mobile shows, and 4 theatrical performances, as well as inspiring dialogue sessions, book readings, and live cooking demonstrations.
