Al-Madinah News: According to the Wall Street Journal on Tuesday, Saudi and American authorities cooperated in intelligence information sharing with Washington to warn against an impending Iranian attack on targets in the Kingdom.
According to the newspaper’s officials, Saudi Arabia, the United States, and a number of other nearby nations increased the degree of alert for their armed forces in reaction to the warning. However, they did not offer any other information regarding the Kingdom’s information.
According to Saudi officials, Iran is prepared to strike both the Kingdom and the Iraqi region of Erbil in an effort to divert attention from the nationwide demonstrations that have swept the nation since September.
The newspaper quoted a spokesman for the White House National Security Council as saying: “We are concerned about the threat form, and we are in constant contact through military and intelligence channels with the Saudis.
