Security personnel shot sound bombs and tear gas into the demonstrators’ flats as they launched their chants from inside their residences.
In the late hours of the night, the Basij headquarters in the country’s capital city of Arak came under attack in Molotov.
Recently, the police and Basij members who were attending the funeral of one of the demonstrators when it morphed into an anti-government demonstration set fire to that city.
