After acquiring Twitter on October 27, Elon Musk disbanded the board of directors and took over as the only director.
According to the US Securities and Exchange Committee’s records, the previous administration’s officials left their jobs after concluding a contract to buy a company.
One of the founders of “Twitter”, Jake Dorsi, retained his share of about 2. 4% of the company’s shares. He presently holds 18 million shares, totaling roughly $1 billion.
After the acquisition agreement was finalised, Elon Musk reportedly fired a number of Twitter executives, including CEO Parag Agrouwal and financial manager Ned Seagal, according to media sources.
Who remained on the board of directors has not yet been publicly disclosed.
