News from Al-Madinah: Following the Sochi conference, Russian President Vladimir Putin, his Azerbaijani colleague Ilham Aliyev, and Armenian Prime Minister Nicole Pashinian released a joint statement.
According to the joint statement, Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed to refrain from using force and threatening to use it, and the three parties reaffirmed their commitment to compliance with the November 9, 2020 agreements.
