Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, emphasised that Moscow will make every effort to restore normalcy to relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan in order to end the conflict. “Russia, for its part, will make its best to secure a final and thorough settlement,” Putin said following the three-way negotiations in Sochi.
Thanking them for giving Bashinyan, La, and Laeif permission to travel to Russia for discussions.
Putin added: “According to the agreement, we will be in contact and we will continue this dialogue and continue to search for these necessary solutions in order to end this long -term conflict. ”
Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, met with Ilham Aliyev, the president of Azerbaijan, and Nicole Pashinian, the prime minister of Armenia, on Monday in Sochi.
