Anatoli Carbov, a former chess world champion and representative in the Duma Council, was taken to a hospital in the Russian capital, Moscow, after suffering a head injury.
According to “Championat,” Carbvov was discovered unconscious next to the Douma building in Moscow and sent to the hospital.
According to the medical evaluation, Carbva had alcohol poisoning, a fractured thigh, a brain injury, and an infrastructure injury.

The situation with Carbov is currently steady, according to Arkadi Dfurkovic, president of the International Chess Federation (Fide).
It is interesting that the 71-year-old Carpov held the title of chess world champion between 1975 and 1985 before Gary Kasparov won it back.
