According to Mr. Al-Qusayr, the Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, 183,000 tonnes of feed “corn and soybeans” were released for around 94 million dollars over the course of five days from October 23 to 27.
“Al -Qusayr” added that the release included 122 thousand tons of corn, about 44. 9 million dollars, and about 61 thousand tons of soybeans, at a value of 42. 8 million dollars, and also feed additions of about 8 million dollars.
The release, according to the minister of agriculture, intends to supply market amounts of farm animals as well as corn and soy, the major ingredients in chicken feed.
Al -Qusayr appealed to the importers who are released to the accepted prices, noting that the impact of these fears must appear on low prices.
According to the Minister of Agriculture, the periodic release of atom, soybeans, materials, and feed additives from Egyptian ports is continuously monitored and fully coordinated with the Central Bank and the Poultry Union.
