Germany is considering the inclusion of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards on the list of terrorist organizations

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards are likely to be added to the list of terrorist groups, according to German Foreign Minister Analina Perpuk, as a result of the Iranian government’s tough tactics against the Iranian protest movement.

The Green Party’s policy stated that it made it clear last week that “We are preparing another package of sanctions and that we will discuss how we can include the Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organisation” in an interview with the first channel on German television, which was broadcast on Sunday.
In 2019, when former President Donald Trump was in office, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard was designated as a terrorist group by the United States.

It is interesting to note that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard is not included on the list of terrorist groups maintained by the European Union.
The Revolutionary Guards will consent to the freezing of the Guard’s European Union ancestry based on this list of the Cross Countries.
According to earlier Facebook posts, the European Union is presently preparing for more sanctions against Iran.

The Revolutionary Guards are Iran’s top military strength and are more significant than the country’s traditional army. They are directly under the command of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, who has final say in all major strategic decisions, and they have a sizable political and economic influence in Iran.

Germany is debating adding the Iranian Revolutionary Guards to its list of terrorist groups.
