Iraq’s Prime Minister finishes his tour to Egypt after meeting with Arab leaders.

CAIRO, August 23, 2022: After meeting with officials from Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Jordan, Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi concluded his official visit to Egypt on Tuesday.
According to Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said goodbye to Kadhimi at Al-Alamein Airport.

According to Radi, Sisi received UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed, King Hamad bin Isa of Bahrain, Prime Minister Kadhimi of Iraq, and King Abdullah II of Jordan on Monday at Al-Alamein Airport.
Al-Alamein, the Regal Heights resort, and its tourist attractions were all visited by Sisi and the leaders of the UAE, Jordan, Bahrain, and Iraq on Monday.

The spokeswoman stated that Sisi welcomed the five leaders in a special fraternal gathering and expressed the appreciation of the Egyptian leadership and people for Egypt’s long-standing connections with Arab countries.
According to the spokeswoman, the leaders talked about broadening their range of bilateral ties and using every opportunity for cooperation.

In order to expand their mutual collaboration in all areas, particularly trade and economics, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, and the UAE held a meeting in Jordan’s Aqaba in March.
They discussed the broad political and economic situation at the regional and global levels, focusing on how the global crisis has affected trade, energy, and food security.

On Sunday, President Sisi met Bin Zayed at Alamein Airport where they spoke about global issues, local security, and the situation of the Arab world.
In order to find lasting solutions to regional difficulties and strengthen the pillars of security, stability, and peace, the two presidents determined to increase Arab collaboration and solidarity in the face of the problems facing the Arab area.

Sisi and Bin Zayed spoke about cross-border cooperation and the promising prospects for alliances in the fields of economics and development.
The two presidents reaffirmed the need of employing dialogue, understanding, and diplomatic methods to settle disputes and crises in order to preserve international peace and security, according to the Emirati news agency WAM.

They also stated their support for all initiatives aimed at resolving regional problems permanently in a way that aids in the region’s nations laying the groundwork for security and stability as well as achieving wealth and peace for their populations.

After meeting with Arab leaders, the prime minister of Iraq concludes his trip to Egypt.
