Germany: The European Union is studying the inclusion of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard on the lists of terrorism

German Foreign Minister Analina Perbuk announced on Sunday that Germany and the European Union are studying the inclusion of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards in the lists of terrorism.
“We will implement yet another round of sanctions last week, and we’ll also look at the Iranian Revolutionary Guards’ inclusion on terrorism watch lists.

The Revolutionary Guards chief had previously warned the protesters that the Sabbath would be their last day of in-the-field action. This suggests that the security forces may step up their efforts to quell the unrest that is roiling the nation.
Germany said last week that it would tighten the entry restrictions of the Iranians, as well as the European Union sanctions package.

Perpuk also refuted the existence of any ongoing talks between Iran and the West over a nuclear deal.

Germany: The Iranian Revolutionary Guard’s potential inclusion on terrorism watch lists is being investigated by the European Union.
