The State of Kuwait and the Brotherly Republic of Iraq are united by deep bilateral ties, and Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah expressed his desire to deepen and grow these ties in a way that serves the interests of the two nations and two brotherly peoples.
The Kuwaiti prime minister called Muhammad Shi’a Al-Sudani, the prime minister of the Republic of Iraq, this evening, Sunday, to congratulate him on the occasion of the Iraqi parliament’s vote of confidence in the new government’s leadership.
The Iraqi Prime Minister was wished success and payment, as well as increased growth and prosperity for the amiable Iraqi people, as the Kuwaiti Prime Minister emphasised the significance of coordinating bilateral views on a number of subjects of shared interest.
The level of strong ties and cooperation in bilateral positions with Iraq was confirmed by Kuwait’s Prime Minister.
