The theater of confrontation and roaming reaches 26 villages in 6 governorates

Since the beginning of its third phase on September 17, the Ministry of Culture Theater Project has presented a number of theatrical performances in 26 villages from the villages of Karima in 6 governorates. This initiative is sponsored by Dr. Nevin Al-Kilani, Minister of Culture, and is carried out in collaboration with the Ministries of Youth and Sports, Development Local, and Civil Society Organizations.

The performances attracted a sizable audience, with each village receiving an average of 2000 people. The initiative seeks to reach 250 villages from the Karima villages, with 18 governorates, and presented 7 plays as part of the project plan.

The theatre of confrontation and wandering works to ensure that culture reaches those who deserve it and to present enlightening ideas that address significant social issues in order to combat extremism and intolerance, uphold Egypt’s flags of enlightenment, and achieve cultural justice between the nation’s citizens. The theatre started spreading its ideas throughout Egypt’s villages and governorates in the early 2000s. focus on particular theatres for them.

The conflict and roving theatre extends to 26 villages in 6 governorates.
