The newspaper added that the Spanish judiciary acknowledged that there was no evidence of corruption against the Brazilian star Neymar in his transfer from Santos to Barcelona, and that everything was discussed in the sessions just assumptions.
Neymar, a Brazilian attorney, demanded that the lawsuit go forward and that the Spanish public prosecutor cover the court’s fees.

The Brazilian investment company “DIC,” which held 40% of Neymar’s rights when he played for Santos, accused Neymar and Barcelona of manipulating the player’s transfer to the Catalan club, accused Neymar, his father, and former executives of Barcelona and Santos Club of concealing the true cost of the player’s transfer.
