Jeddah Union clothing company calls for compensation for 8 million riyals .. Know the details

Press reports revealed that the sportswear company that sponsors the Saudi Jeddah Club, a professional in its ranks, Ahmed Hegazy and Tariq Hamed, decided to escalate its case with the club after the latter canceled the contract signed between the two parties.
According to the Saudi publication “Al-Riyadiah,” the corporation and squad signed a deal in June 2021, and since the agreement’s beginning, there have been 212 instances of infractions by the federation.

The newspaper further stated that the firm would pursue the club with ever-increasing regulations and demands, including a three million riyal penalty clause and a five million riyal compensation demand.
According to the publication, the corporation will release a statement outlining all the transgressions committed by the Anmar Al-Haili administration as well as the factors that contributed to one side’s decision to take this action.

The management of Al -Ittihad club issued a decision to cancel the contract with the company and its local representative, as a result of the company’s lack of commitment to the terms of the contract to supply sportswear to the club’s teams, according to the club’s statement.
The federal statement made note of the fact that the company’s lack of commitment was a major factor in the recent spate of issues that club teams experienced.

The management of the Federation, on the other hand, entered into a contract with a different business to provide sportswear for the club’s teams at all levels.

According to a previous report from the Saudi newspaper “Al-Riyadiah,” the Jeddah Union is not allowed to register for the winter season until the players from the previous team—Serbian Alexander Briguvich, Green Ra Gary Rodriguez, Brazilian Jonas de Souza, Ivorian Siko Sanogo, and Tunisian Anis Al-Badri—have paid their dues of approximately 100 million Saudi riyals.

In light of the issue of so-called registrations, the publication made note of the fact that the Jeddah Union is forbidden from registering in the upcoming winter transfers by a decision made by the Professional Committee and the terms of the players in the Football Association.
The Jeddah Union’s legal department has created a budgetary strategy to settle the case and increase the ban on registration, the newspaper continued, whether through payment or scheduling.

Separately, the Saudi Federation Club’s management came to an arrangement with Egyptian international Ahmed Hegazy to extend his contract before he becomes free next January.
The management of Al-Ittihad Club agreed to renew the Egyptian defender Ahmed Hegazy’s contract two seasons before to his entry into the free period in January, which enables him to leave without mentioning his original club, according to the Saudi publication “Al-Riyadiah.”
