Josep Borrell, the foreign policy commissioner for the European Union, declared that the EU is urging Russia to change its mind about suspending its participation in the “grain agreement.”
Borrell posted on his Twitter page today, Sunday, “The European Union demands on Russia to revoke its decision.”
The primary export of grains and fertilisers is critically important to overcoming the global food crisis, he continued, but “Russia’s decision to suspend its participation in the deal in the Black Sea endangers.”
