The citizen Ali Al -Marri, who saved a girl from drowning in the industrial Jubail, described the first moments of the accident as critical, due to the time factor, pointing to the importance of speed in such situations.
In an interview with “Al Arabiya. net,” he revealed that he was travelling with his family when he heard a voice in distress. He then saw the crowd of people gathering around the accident site.
He also stated that as he got closer to the incident, he saw the girl fall, and when she called out for help but received none, her mother joined her to save her.
He explained that his main concern was how to save it and bring it out of the water, which reached a depth of three metres, while everyone was terrified of the rescue operation and chose to take a chance by diving into the water.
He added, “I made the decision to jump when I saw the girl standing on her face at the sea. I skated next to the fence till I got to the tiny and hugged her.
Al -Marri confirmed that the girl was crying collapsed with fear, explaining that he had returned and contacted her father to check on her health, amid gratitude from the family for his act with their daughter.
It is interesting that the occurrence took place in Al-Talal Park in Jubail Industrial Jubail and generated a lot of buzz on social media, with comments applauding the bravery and selfless act of the young man.
