Fine Arts Sector receives Emirati Minister of Culture and Youth Noura Al -Kaabi

On the sidelines of the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the Emirati-Egyptian relations known as “Egypt and the Emirates One Heart,” which were launched under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, and included business leaders and thought leaders like Noura bint Mohammed Al-Kaabi, Minister of Culture and the Media,

The group that welcomed Nevin Al-Kilani, the Egyptian Minister of Culture, welcomed him to the site of the Museum of Mohamed Mahmoud Khalil before taking him on a tour of the Museum of Modern Egyptian Art.

All the information on the history of the structures and the most significant works presented by the artistic holdings that both the museums possess was provided by Khaled Sorour, head of the Fine Arts sector, as well as a number of other leaders of the sector and museum managers and secretaries.

Noura Al-Kaabi expressed her happiness with the visit and the priceless and rare artistic holdings she saw, and she praised her sovereignty over the cordial welcome, the depth of the tour, the museum-showing techniques, the importance of Egypt and its leadership in culture, and the adequate explanation given by it in each museum.

The “Emirates and Egypt is One Heart” event aims to strengthen the bonds and strong relationships that have existed for more than five decades and to create a more successful and cooperative future for the two nations in a variety of important fields.
