Barcelona dominates the initial list of Spain in the World Cup in Qatar and the absence of de Gea

The Spanish newspaper “Marca” revealed the initial list that Luis Enrique, the technical director of Spain, sent to FIFA, in preparation for the 2022 World Cup, which Qatar hosted from November 20 to December 18.
The Spanish national team is competing in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar against Germany, Costa Rica, and Japan in Group F.

The absence of Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea from the Matador national team list came as a shock, as Barcelona squad grabbed control of the list with the presence of 8 of its stars and only two players from Real Madrid.
According to the publication, Chelsea goalkeeper Kiba was able to secure a spot in the Matador national team after making a solid return to the squad’s original lineup following the hiring of coach Graham Potter.

Eric Garcia, Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba, Marcus Alonso, Javi, Bidri, Ansu Fati, and Jiran Torres all played for Barcelona, which dominated the list. Carvajal and Asensio represented Real Madrid.
Sergio Ramos, a defender for Paris Saint-Germain, was also on the Spanish national team’s list, but it doesn’t appear likely that he will be on the final roster when it is revealed on November 11.

In the World Cup in Qatar, Barcelona controls the first list of Spain players, and de Gea is not included.
