According to “Russia Today,” Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Sergei Shwigo, Minister of Defense of Russia, for joining the Russian Army during the partial mobilisation.
“I would like to thank everyone who joined the military services, and I want to congratulate them for the performance of their duty, their patriotism, and their solid commitment to defend our homeland, Russia, and this includes their home, their family, our citizens, and our people,” added Putin.
“Everything must be done to ensure the improvement and development of the armed forces in a timely manner,” Putin instructed Shoyo to convey these expressions of thanks to the Russian soldiers.
Putin for everyone who joined the Russian forces during the partial mobilization: I appreciate you doing what is right and being a patriot.
