Putin: Russia is always concerned with stability and supports Armenia on security issues

According to Russia Today, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia is always concerned with stability and helps Armenia on security concerns at the Organization of the Collective Security Treaty meeting.

The organisation indicated that during this special session, organisational measures will be discussed to assist Armenia as well as the outcomes of the work of the Mission of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. President Putin participated via video technology in this meeting, which was organised by Armenia to discuss the situation on the border with Azerbaijan.
