The President of Iraq: The government must obtain support to meet the aspirations of the people

After winning the approval of Parliament, Iraqi President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid emphasised the importance of the new government’s formation as a fundamental step in resolving difficulties and the necessity of securing support to fulfil the expectations of the populace.
Khudair Al-Khuzai, the chairman of the political bureau of the preachers of Islam in Iraq, revealed this at his greeting on Friday at the Peace Palace in the nation’s capital, Baghdad.

According to a statement from the president cited by the Iraqi News Agency “conscious,” Rashid emphasised that the current situation calls for bolstering national unity, overcoming challenges, and working to maintain stability in the nation and defend citizen security.

It is notable that the government of Muhammad Shi’a Al-Sudani received unanimous approval from the parliament on Thursday following the presentation of its government programme.
According to “conscious,” the ministerial curriculum includes trying to restructure the banking, service, and economic sectors. This was agreed upon by all political factions.

The ministerial curriculum also placed a strong emphasis on a number of key ideas, such as addressing issues of poverty and unemployment, fighting financial and administrative corruption, addressing the electricity crisis, shielding underprivileged groups from society, advancing the industry, accelerating the reconstruction of liberated areas, concluding the file of the displaced, and enhancing services.

Along with preventing corruption and the misuse of public funds, other goals include raising the standard of telecommunications services, protecting them, expanding the transportation industry, and reorganising the public budget.

It is notable that the Sudanese have previously emphasised that corruption poses a greater threat than the Korona pandemic since it is the root cause of numerous economic issues, undermines governmental authority, spreads poverty and unemployment, and results in subpar public services.

The Iraqi President: In order to fulfil the ambitions of the populace, the administration must get assistance.
