The seasonal unemployment rate in Japan rose to 2.6% in September of last year, according to a statement released today, Friday.
This was better than anticipated and consistent with data from last August, which predicted an increase of 2.5%.
The percentage of jobs to employers reached 1. 34, bypassing expectations of 1. 33, with a height of 1. 32 last July.
The participation rate of 63% exceeded the 62. 9% projection and will therefore remain unchanged.
In September, the jobless rate in Japan rose to 2.6%.
