European Union Foreign Office: The Union has no evidence of sabotage of the “Northern Stream” line

Josep Borrell, the foreign policy commissioner for the European Union, claimed that there was no proof that terrorists attacked the “Northern Stream” pipeline in the Baltic Sea last month.
