The Chechen leader, Ramadan Kadyrov, the ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, said that 23 soldiers were killed after an attack by Ukraine with artillery this week.
Kadyrov further said, according to the “Sky News” news network in its English publication, that 58 other people were hurt in the Ukrainian attack.

The tragedy happened in the southern district of Khaisson, the Chechen leader stated in a message posted on social media. He continued, “all rescue operations were concluded on the site, and there is a final list of dead and wounded, where 23 soldiers were killed and 58 wounded.
