Crack cocaine and cash seized in Saskatoon drug trafficking investigation

Two males were detained by the Saskatoon Police Service on Friday in connection with a narcotics trafficking investigation.
According to police, a 25-year-old man was later detained in the 2400 block of Louise Street after a 24-year-old man suspected of tracking cocaine was detained at 8th Street East and Grosvenor Avenue.
Two homes, one in the 1600 block of Preston Avenue South and the other in the 200 block of Emmeline Road, both have search warrants obtained for them.
Officers claimed to have taken 99.

Shotgun ammo, 40 packs of illegal cigarettes, 4 grammes of crack cocaine, $9770 in cash, and 4 cell phones.
The 24-year-old is accused with trafficking cocaine, possessing cocaine, and having more than $5,000 worth of criminal earnings in his hands.
The 25-year-old is accused of having cocaine in his hands as well as having more than $5,000 in crime-related earnings.

In a drug trafficking investigation in Saskatoon, crack cocaine and money were found.
