The departure of the plastic artist, Muhammad Hazem Fathallah, at the age of 78

At the age of 78, our scientist Dr. Mohamed Hazem Fathallah passed away yesterday evening. He was a professor of graphic arts, a former dean of the faculty of fine arts, and vice president of Helwan University.
After the first pioneer Hussein Fawzi, the artist Fathallah received a PhD from the Urbino Institute in Italy, the centre of the artistic edition, according to the artist and plastic critic Salah Baysar. He is one of the great artists from the generations of graphic art.

The poet Salah Abdel-poem Sabour’s “Salah Abdel-Sabour, a Traveler” was translated into a romantic charm in the visual arts, and through his artwork and artistic exhibitions in Egypt and other nations, as well as his leadership of the graphic department in fine arts and his previous position as dean, his press writings and drawings at the Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation, Rosales, and Dar Al-Hilal shine.

He received many international awards, including the graphic medal in the Porta Recati Biennia in Italy 1978, and he also has a number of holdings, especially for some individuals in Egypt and abroad, and from official holdings, the Museum of Modern Art Museum, Helwan University, College of Fine Arts in Cairo, College of Arts Beautiful in Alexandria, College of Fine Arts in Minya. Member of the Second International Luxor Forum for Photography Supreme Committee since November 2009.

Muhammad Hazem Fathallah, a plastic artist, passed away at the age of 78.
