According to reports, a 50-year-old Indonesian woman’s body was discovered inside a five-meter-long python.
Local media reported that the woman, who is from the province of Jambi, was completely engulfed by the snake.
She vanished one night, according to the BBC, which led to the dispatch of a search team. A python with “a huge stomach” was discovered the following day.
After killing the snake, the locals discovered the woman’s body within.
When her body was found within the snake, Betara Jambi police chief AKP S Harefa told the media that it was “mostly intact.”
