The successful test of an audio missile was reported by the US Department of Defense on Wednesday in Virginia.
“The navy and the American army launched a missile from a coastal launch site in Virginia to conduct about 12 sound weapons on Wednesday, and help in developing a new category of weapons,” the Reuters news agency quoted the ministry.
As a part of the tests, navigation equipment and communications are evaluated by sound weapons, as well as the “advanced” anti -heat materials in “an environment that exceeds realistic sound speed”.
