The Prime Minister of Kuwait confirms the depth of brotherly ties and relations with Lebanon

The tight links and strong relationships between Kuwait and Lebanon were confirmed by Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
This came during a phone call received by the Kuwaiti Prime Minister on Wednesday evening, from the Lebanese counterpart Naguib Mikati; To congratulate him on the formation of the new Kuwaiti government and his best wishes for him.

The Lebanese Prime Minister, on his part, emphasised the importance of the long-standing ties between Kuwait and his country while expressing gratitude for Kuwait’s assistance in a number of areas.

On the other hand, a letter relating to the close ties between the two friendly nations was sent by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Siraj al-Din Mehr al-Din, to the Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
This occurred, according to a statement from the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry, during the welcome of Sheikh Salem Al-Sabah and Dr. Zubaidullah Zabidov, the Tajikistani ambassador to Kuwait.

She noted that Dr. Abdullatif Al-Zayani, the Bahraini equivalent, had sent a written statement to the Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs on the close ties that bind the two friendly nations.
