The German Minister of Health excludes the implementation of cannabis legalization next year

Karl Luverach, the secretary of health for Germany, has said that cannabis would not be legalised there in 2019.
These statements came to the politician belonging to the party of Chancellor Olaf Schultz, the Socialist Socialist Socialist, today, Wednesday, while the axes of cannabis legalization are presented.

Asserting that “preparing these axes was not anything here and exceeded in its complexity what was happening throughout the elimination of a wonderful evening in playing Sudoku,” Luoelbrah said that it is quite complicated.
According to Luoeltrach, “I can foresee that if all things go well, the legalisation will then be in 2024.” He added that he did not think it would be necessary to prepare a particular statute in this case.
Earlier throughout the day, the German Cabinet had approved plans to codify marijuana.

These ideas are not a draught of a law, but rather the foundation of the project that will be sent to Brussels for assessment.
Luoeltrak explained that these plans will only be followed when they pass their review in accordance with international law and European law.

In accordance with the plans, it will be legal to buy and possess up to 30 grammes of hemp for personal use, and it will be legal to possess and use a small amount of cannabis for commercial purposes as well as to sell cannabis to adults through “licenced specialist stores” and pharmacies.

The legalisation of cannabis in Germany is not being implemented in 2019 according to the minister of health.
