Cooperation between the National Bank of Egypt and the ITI Information Institute to train human cadres

In order to implement and oversee the work of the joint training academy between the Institute of Information Technology and the National Bank of Egypt, a delegation from the National Bank of Egypt officials visited the headquarters of the IT Institute of ITI in the smart village.

The Academy of Joint Training between the two sides aims to support young skills and cooperation in training and preparing specialized cadres in the various fields of technology, especially in the field of information security, in a way that enhances its job opportunities for the bank in the bank in the various technological specializations in this field.

According to Heba Saleh, director of the Information Technology Institute, ITI, the value of working with the National Bank of Egypt through the Training Academy lies in fostering young talent and collaborating in the development of specialised cadres in a way that increases its employment opportunities in a variety of technological specialties and cyber security.

Abeer Khadr, head of the security division, also confirmed to Cyber in the National Bank of Egypt the significance of investing in the human factor and developing young people’s capabilities in the area of information technology, particularly in the area of information security, and its significance in the banking sector, which is the future on a national and international scale.

Mohamed Saad, head of information technology systems engineering and designing infrastructure solutions at the National Bank of Egypt, stated that this cooperation comes as a first step and will be followed by more in light of the results of the first stage.
Training human cadres in the many technological specialties is made possible by the collaboration chances between the Information Technology Institute and the National Bank of Egypt.

This cooperation also provides opportunities for employment in the National Bank of Egypt after training for a limited number of distinguished trainees. A few trainees were personally interviewed by the bank’s staff in advance of their employment.
