Due to the harm done to the nation’s energy infrastructure and heating system, the Ukrainian authorities asked the citizens who fled the conflict to delay their return until the spring of 2019.
“Stay and spend the winter abroad if the chance arises!”
She continued by saying that Russian strikes had made energy networks unstable.
“Everyone can see what Russia is doing. Patients who either impede your ability to move or the elderly pose a risk to you, your children, and all of your family.
We have to get through this winter.”
She made it clear that she anticipates the return of many refugees by next spring so they may repair what has been destroyed and send their kids to Ukrainian schools.
Due to the power outage, Ukraine advises the migrants to spend the winter elsewhere.
