According to individuals in charge of planning the conference, Turkey is attempting to host a meeting between the energy ministers of Germany and Russia in Istanbul in December.
Abdullah Digger, the organiser of the Istanbul Economic Summit, was cited as saying in the newspaper “Idinke” today, Wednesday: “We can bring together the countries and organisations between them problems. In fact, we would like to bring together the energy ministers in Germany and Russia.
