After a notification, there were found migrants in Greece

On the Greek island of Lesbos in the Aegean Sea, one of the entry points for migrants and refugees seeking to reach Europe, the NGOs “MSF” said on Tuesday that three migrants and “four others” had been injured.
These people who were beaten according to their testimonies, were found on Thursday, a team from “MSF” after receiving “an official communication regarding a group of people who arrived recently” to Lesbos and they “need urgent treatment”, as stated by the NGO in a statement.

“We heard screaming as we got closer, and when we got there, there were 22 individuals there. All of them were sobbing.”
The official went on to say: “Three individuals were arrested with significant amounts of plastic. Four were hurt.”
Injuries “resulted in the violence of a group of persons who left the location before the arrival of” workers in the organisation, according to the migrants’ testimonies.

The NGO said that it reported the event to the police right away and transported the injured person to the hospital to continue their care.
On this incidence, the Greek government has not yet made any remarks.
The Greek government was urged by Doctors Without Borders to “take all necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents and guarantee that migrants receive a safe reception and measures of protection.”

“Non-governmental organisations concerned with the defence of human rights and the media are accusing Greece of abusing immigrants and refugees and purposefully removing persons who enter its territory from Turkey on their way to Western Europe.
The Greek government has always refuted these charges and maintained that it has a responsibility to protect the “security of its borders, which are also the frontiers of the European Union” in the eastern Mediterranean.

According to Greek Immigration Minister Note Metarachy, the number of migrants entering Greece has significantly decreased as a result of this rigorous approach.

Following a warning, migrants were discovered in Greece.
